Matarromera Family Wineries has created a new online shop, integrated into the company’s corporate website, so that from now on users that visit will have access to all of the group’s products in a quicker and more accessible way, being able to receive the wine directly from their wineries in just 24 hours.


As part of their strategy to create an integrated business model, the wine company is incorporating online sales into their corporate information. It is the only online platform from which it is possible to purchase all references from Matarromera Family Wineries, who will also present new wines and vintages, exclusive offers and special rewards for their customers. One of the most unique services which the website offers is buying barrels en primeur, being able to reserve the barrel and having access to its wine from the moment the vintage comes onto the market.


The new online shop, which works on all devices, projects the excellence, distinction and elegance of Matarromera Family Wineries and offers, in addition to wines from six different denominations of origins (Ribera del Duero, Rioja, Rueda, Ribeiro, Cigales and Toro) which are produced in the nine wineries, ecological wines, alcohol-free wines, extra virgin olive oils, high-end grape-based cosmetics, nutricosmetics and grape extracts for haute cuisine. The user will be able to find what they are looking for with ease, according to the product, type of wine, brand, etc. In the words of the company’s president, Carlos Moro “we wanted to go for an intuitive platform which would integrate our information and history in a single website, in this way letting you get to know our products and their origin better. In the last few years we have witnessed a huge growth in online sales and this forms part of our strategic plan”.


Matarromera Family Wineries’ bet on electronic business began in 2011. Since then, they have been adapting their sales channels to new technologies in web programming and to the company’s strategic plan, bringing in thousands of visitors, and are aware of the growth of electronic commerce in different sectors, including the wine sector.
