Nuncha Marañón has been appointed new director of marketing and communication for Bodegas Familiares Matarromera with the aim of promoting the brands that the company has internationally, as well as highlighting company values of the winery group that stands out for sustainability, digitization and constant pursue of excellence. Bodegas Familiares Matarromera is a benchmark in the world of wine and is already in 7 appellations of origin with 11 wineries, under the chairmanship of Carlos Moro, president and founder of the winemaking group.

Nuncha Marañón will manage the company’s communication and the brands strategy and management of its brands, and the national and international product marketing, under the guidance of the company.

She holds a degree in English Philology from the University of Valladolid, a master’s degree in Marketing and Commercial Management from ESIC, and an MBA in Business in Asia from the UOC. For more than 25 years she has developed her professional career in marketing and communication in Spain, France, the United Kingdom and the United States. She has always been linked to the automotive or technology sector in companies such as Antolin, Magna International or SRG Global, a Guardian Industries company and part of the largest private American conglomerate in the United States, Koch Industries.

After 15 years in the United States in global senior management positions in the world of marketing and communication, he returned to Spain to a technology startup, mlean, laying the foundation of her expertise. Now, he takes over the marketing and communication of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera “to promote all its brands, but above all to position even more our high-end products and our business trajectory in the wine market,” explains Julio Pinto, CEO of Bodegas Familiares Matarromera.
